IdiVentures is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile app trading platform.

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Relations Group Leader to join our amazing and growing VIP Account Managers team.

The role covers all aspects of sales, training, and development of the team, in order to achieve the objectives and overall strategy of the VIP channel with a specific focus on sales and outbound activity.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relationships through comprehensive leadership.
  • Be responsible for achieving the overall activity and revenue targets for the VIP account managers
  • Ensure retention for VIP traders.
  • Manage a large team in different languages.
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.

Requirements

  • Professional level in English – Must
  • At least 4 years of experience working within Sales or as an Account Manager.
  • At least 2 years of managing a sales team
  • Ability to deliver on target-driven goals by liaising with other departments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
  • Deep understanding/interest in games – an advantage
  • Fluency in any other language- an advantage
