What will you be doing?

  • Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience 


  • This position is a full-time position and will include demanding hours and high availability


  • Speak Mother tongue level Spanish and have excellent English /other languages are a big plus!!
  • Have Service Orientation.

It will also be nice if you:

  • Have a basic understanding of the financial markets
  • Have experience working in customer service
