What will you be doing?
- Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
- Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
- Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience
- This position is a full-time position and will include demanding hours and high availability
- Speak Mother tongue level Spanish and have excellent English /other languages are a big plus!!
- Have Service Orientation.
It will also be nice if you:
- Have a basic understanding of the financial markets
- Have experience working in customer service
